1 determine the input file.
2 Move to that frame (either by dragging the slider or playing or pressing Next Frame button).
3 Select the type of the output image from the Output Format list.
4 Press ‘save frame to file button.
To extract all frames of the input file:
1 Determine the input and the output file and determine the output format.
2 press ‘extract all frames’ button.
To extract frames per time:
1 Determine the input and the output file and determine the output format.
2 choose the time interval from the combo box.
3 press ‘play and save per time’ button.
